my car was parked when hit and the police report said the being was going 25mph when my car be smashed. Ins co totaled out my car.The person claimed liability. I go to E.R. dx'd whiplash after xrays and sent me off with muscle relaxers and anti-inflamatories. F/u near pcp and he recomended p/t went to a lawyer and she recomended a chiropracter. So I go to the chiro. Will this compromise my case? I'm still in alot of misery 1mth later. Xrays show 5 jammed vertebrae in my collar and 2 in my back.With 4 children time is more difficult. Any advice?

Sounds like a typical less than reputable plaintiff's attorney - refer the client to a chiro, who will contained by turn refer you to a neuro. Your attorney is likely benefiting from these referrals. No doubt the chiro and neuro are probably within the same building as your attorney.
Unless your attorney had a medical level, how does she know what is medically best for you? Sounds like she wants you to inflate your medical for a potentially higher settlement.
