How do i return with a solicitor or attorney in a foreign country.i have a luck surrounded by Brazil.?

i was involved in as chief on rta in brazil.ive been told that no uk lawer or solictor will give somebody a lift it because the driver was brazillan.i was a passenger contained by the car.can you help please
