Had an auto disaster w/friend she lied to police and told me what really happen should I get hold of a legal representative or no?
I was in an auto calamity recently and a friend was involved. I lost consciousness after the airbags deployed and didn't remember what happen. I was found at fault for following too closely. The friend told me everything and since I told her I wasn't getting a legal representative, I guess she spilled the beans. I feel like this situation is unreasonable because now my car and another saloon are totalled. She told me things that were not told to the police like why her kids not here the scene(they were not seated properly didn't want a ticket), she was within a rush to get where she be going, the car in front of me be all behind her coup¨¦, which caused me to slam on my breaks. The 2nd car be really at fault but I got ticketed.

I'm not sure I understand exactly what happened from your description. If your friend be not at fault, but the 2nd car be, why are you worried about whether or not your friend was completely honest near the police? You don't need a lawyer for that.
The 2nd driver didn't bring back ticketed, but you did. Perhaps not fair, but it happens. Pay the ticket. You'll excess time and money going to court to fight it.
If all of you enjoy insurance and nobody was injured, the insurance companies will work it all out. Your rates may dance up, but nothing else will happen, and everybody's sports car gets replaced. Why do you need a attorney for that?
Now, if personal injuries or uninsured motorists were involved in the quirk, you may very well want a advocate on your side. But don't fight the ticket. It's not important. Your strength and your car repairs are important. And PS, if you suggest somebody is going to award you a big settlement and you'll be rich...forget it. Lawyers will take most of the money if it ever gets awarded, and it may pilfer years to go to trial. Not worth it, dear.

Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhm. YEAH!! With "Friends" involved, no QUESTION!!
It was your fault. I doesn't business what the car in front of you is doing, you inevitability to pay attention and keep a sheltered speed and distance behind the car. Always uphold enough distance to stop for the speed you're going should the car ahead of you stop on a dime. The ticket is legit, you've get no defense.
Yes! If she was a true friend she would enjoy your best interest at heart not hers!
In this case, you and the driver between you two are at eccentricity. He/she was following her too closely and caused the stroke of luck, but you were too close to him/her, so it would be your fault for hitting them. There should be two-party or shared imperfection. Both insurance companies should split payment for damages. And, as for the friend who was within the front of the line of traffic, she should have gotten a ticket for the children and no breakdown in the accident. All three of you are at error and should be held responsible for your own part in it. I muse you should get a lawyer contained by this case. But it will be hard to win lacking proof that it was not all your show disapproval. If it had all come out correctly, adjectives three would have to pay something. But as it stands, you are paying for everything. You can merely come out better in this situation, although you will not come out totally clean.
I would at lowest possible talk to one, and maybe near your friend so she can understand what will happen subsequent.
deffinatley go and get a lawyer. If that was a TRUE friend they would never pull something like that. With a friend close to that I wouldn't worry about upseting her, she should not own lied in the first place. At leat talk to a advocate and see that they say. Good luck to you!
