Answers:
Defense lawyer contained by general.
I think defense lawyer...I saw it in Devils Advocate
defense lawyer
as a rule of thumb :o) Source(s): paralegal
Good question. There are two kind of criminal defense lawyers: Public Defenders & Private attorneys. Full time, salaried Public Defenders earn about one and the same as prosecuting attorneys with similar levels of experience.
Private defense attorneys tend to earn more; some considerably more.
defense lawyer usaully get paid more if they are deeply good. Prosecuters though do not do bad.
I'd say defense (other than PD's of course)
Defense lawyer do.
defense lawyers (except for public defenders) can autograph their fee, but prosecutors work for the government and enjoy a salary. public defenders also work for the system with a salary.
Defense attorneys can make as much as the grip load they want to take on. :Prosecutors are compensated a salary
Depends on what type of defense attorney. And on how long the trial lasts since most defense lawyers draw from payed hourly. If it is a private defense lawyer, most likely they will receive more than a prosecutor. If it is a public defender, most likely they will label less than a prosecutor.
I would guess defense.
Prosecutors are government body. Defense attorneys can seek out high-paying clients and demand like mad.
Some people I know got some experience as prosecutors and later moved over to the defense side to make money.
defense
defense lawyers....prosecutors are district attorneys or more commonly the assistant district attorney and they are civil service clamber paid
