Warning! Jobs in the area of Law are drying up FAST! This is NOT a good field to invest contained by! Many reasons. Main reason?....We simply own WAY TOO MANY Lawyers - we have a GLUT of Attorneys!

So.even IF you finish law university, you probably won't be able to find a job when you are done beside your studies - plus you'll have approx $150,000+ in debts.

The canon schools know this, but they continue to churn out former students. The law schools know that the cutback is SATURATED, but law students are easy money for ruling schools - very little investment.

Suggestion: Consider and look into the paddock of HEALTHCARE! <<< LOTS of jobs there! and scholarship! The field of Healthcare is hot!

Good luck. Source(s): life

wish someone have warned ME sooner.
so now I try to warn/help as oodles as possible.
First, you should get into a good college for your undergraduate amount. Some schools have a pre-law leading, but that's not necessary.
You can get your undergraduate level in anything you like, here is an excerpt from the University of Washington Law School's FAQ Page:

"The UW School of Law admit applicants with a wide breadth of degrees, from Anthropology to Political Science to Zoology. No degree is preferred over others. You should principal in the field of study that most interests you. Take courses that will enhance your skills contained by critical analysis, logical reasoning, general research, and written and oral expression. Challenge yourself by taking difficult courses from demanding instructors so you can show your capacity to execute well at an academically rigorous level."

UW is extremely difficult to return with accepted to, it's the best law academy in WA state. I would recommend that you do very in good health in high institution, take honor classes, keep a dignified gpa, volunteer and take part within as much leadership as you can (this can be anything...not just student gov, any clubs, or community service can be supervision opportunities).

If you want to go to a good imperative school stay focused during your undergrad and keep up your grades!! Grades and your LSAT rack up are the most important factor into the majority of law school's declaration of guilt process. (The LSAT is like the SAT in lofty school to get into a correct college...the LSAT is to get into a good regulation school).
