Why did Obama appoint the defense Lawyer for Johnny Taliban to the Justice department & refusal Enemy Combatant?
as a charge against the terrorist we have captured?Obama think he is banning the phrase Bush used when in certainty it is an actual Military Charge he is dropping that pertains to terrorist that are caught in the field of period of war.He also said that the US must have Substantial proof that these terrorist are linked to Al Quieda. Why is he doing this to our soldiers that own been maimed or kill by insurgents?

(1) It be Bush who brought about the release of some of the Gitmo detainees because his own ILLEGAL policies ensured that a shield could not be made that would hold up in court. It has be the ILLEGAL practices of extraordinary rendition, unlawful detainment and torture that have circumvented and prevented justice. Those same "enhanced" policies hold also served to "enhance" radicalization and recruitment for the terrorist cause. The allowed process is derailed when illegal practices are used. Only when the illegal practices are halt can they be legally prosecuted and we can go rear to being what we say we are... a nation to be exact built on, and abides by, the Rule of Law.
