Defense Lawyers Please Help!?
I have a case that hsa be going on now for over 2 1/2 years. It is drug related and completely complex, however, we have an illegal hunt and seizure issue that involved the police entering my house with a knob they had obtained through a source save for me or my wife. Anyhow my awyer said that the "key" to my case was the switch. We had a surpression hearing in the order of 3 months ago and he never even mentioned the key. I went to court today and my legal representative apparently is having his own issues because he wasn't nthere and someone told me that as of right now he wasn't aloud to practice imperative in missouri.
I went within front of the judge with another attorney satisfying in for mine and was told that I would own trial on June 8th!
I was never told that the surpression results were backbone nor was I notified that my legal representative wan't going to be in court.
I don't know what to do. I have be having problems with my attorney for a while now. He has never returned a phone give the name. He has never answered any letters. And most of adjectives he didnt even mention the key or anything at the surpression hearing.
I live within a good ol' boy county were they definetly do things different. I am a moment ago afraid i am going to go to prison for something I did not do and how am I going to be ready for trial surrounded by 2 months!! Please help!!
