isnt is true that every year you are targeted by teens for pranks?
so then wouldn't you have be more cautious and prepared for something like this to go down?
if you had seen a group of teenagers beside eggs in your yard to initiate with, wouldnt you have done something in the region of it before they did?
direct:
what were you doing halloween darkness?
why did your mate give you an egg?
what did you do with the egg? Source(s): ive be on a mock trial team
Just have your client plead insanity,so i dont have to read adjectives that.
To ask Chris Pershaw:
What time of day did the incident start? Had he been out at all that daylight prior to the incident? What time did he get home? Had he been drinking inwardly 6 hours before the alleged incident? Had he taken any drugs, either permissible or illegal, 24 hours before observe the alleged incident?
What were the lighting conditions like outside the home? Does he wear goggles? How well could he see? What was the distance between the windowpane and the position of the crowd?
How does he know it was Jack that threw the eggs that hit his home? How big was the crowd gather around his home? Could it not have been someone else that threw the eggs that hit his home? Can he read out with 100 percent certainty that it be Jack? Could it not have been someone else that have a similar height and coloring?
Do you know Jack from before? Do you hold a grudge against Jack? Are you not simply blaming Jack because you be aware of victimized and want someone to blame? How positive are you that it was Jack and not someone else that threw the egg? Can he identify anyone else in the courtroom that be in the crowd in front of his home? (tricky...could own another in the courtroom that was within the group of friends, or could have a friend who was NOT within the crowd but looks similar to, but has a rock solid alibi for being elsewhere.)
Why didn't he point out the broken egg shells on the meadow to PC Hall? Why didn't he point out the marks from an egg on his front door?
Questions for Charlie: How long have you set Jack? Have you known him to behave badly past? Have you ever seen him deface other people's property? Did you see Jack deliberately target the house when he tossed the egg? What time be you at the location of the house? Did Jack's egg land anywhere near the house? Were you at the location of the house beside the specific intent to egg the house? Do you know the people who live in the house? Do you or Jack hold a grudge against the those in the house?
Hopefully you know the answers to these questions beforehand, so you don't go and get any surprises. :) Good luck!
