How do I find out if a defense lawyer's schedule be indecorous within court?

I attended Wolverhampton Crown Court and during the trial the defense lawyer showed the court a photograph of my erect penis. The trial was around indiecent assault on 6 sufferers of Hypospadias, myself being one of them.
Answers:
If the Judge did not complain about it (he would also own had a copy of the photo) then it be admissible evidence.
The court will inform the advocate if they determine that his actions are inappropriate.

You could ask your attorney if he was chastised or sanctioned for it.

If you think his showing the photo be unnecessary and/or gratuitous, then you can file a complaint next to the Law Society. They are legally responsible for lawyer discipline.

A defense advocate, though, has wide discretion contained by what he uses in trial. If he showed the photo to the jury in writ to argue that there was a legal medical reason for what the defendant did, then he's unlikely to be disciplined for it.
