I'm filing for divorce in CA and I'm doing it myself for financial apology. My question is about the final form (FL-130) which have a box I need to check that says:
"The party waive their right to notice of trial,a statement of decision, a motion for foreign trial and the right to appeal."
Can you simplify this statement. By the way, the form is the Appearences, Stipulations and Waivers. Thank you

I believe that means that the two of you own reached an agreement which would be the final agreement and that by signing it, you both are agreeing that there does not obligation to be a trial and that you cannot appeal the agreement you are making now.
