Let husband know roughly divorce attorney?

My sister and her husband were attempting to do a mediated divorce (with no attorneys) but the husband have decided to make it really difficult (doesn't want to settle up child support, moved out of the house but then moved back in). Becase of this my sister have retained a divorce lawyer. Is she obligated to let him know that he very soon has a lawyer?
Answers:
You really need to re read your last statement...Your brother surrounded by law doesn't HAVE the lawyer, your sister does. SHE hired the legal representative not your brother in law. The advocate will probably notify him soon enough and he will be advised to retain a attorney for himself.
She is not obligated to do anything. The lawyer will inform him of her wants. She doesn't hold to do anything.
I wouldn't tell him I would hit him below the belt soo fast he won't know what hit him.
No. I would permit the attorney notify him.
Nope. He can find out via the attorney or at the subsequent court appearance.

And Bravo! to your sis for standing up for herself and her kids!
I don't know if she would be obligated but he's going to find out when she shows up next to a lawyer. Better to just relay him.
Legally, it's the responsibility of her attorney to notify her husband. She is not obligated to tell him a thing.
The attorney will do so.
