what rules determine malprc. for div. atty

If you truly feel that you are not person represented you need to contact the state bar association and lodge a complaint. They will hear and investigate it. As far as in fact suing your attorney most of the time you will not win because it is a matter of did the attorney knowing all the facts conduct yourself as a reasonable attorney would act. I believe they also hold into account whether or not the performance if it have been better would have if truth be told changed the outcome.
There are laws contained by my own state, written by whom else but attorneys, that make it extremely difficult to sue an attorney.

Your best option would be to contact another attorney to capture their opinion and make your own result.

Attorneys are a necessary evil in society today but can be as slick as owl poop. When their whereabouts are questionable, you have an option to also write a complaint to the State Bar Association. Does that comfort....not much in my own experience!

All states have a board of professional responsibility. You can go throw them. However, unless something serious have transpired that you can prove, the Board isn't going to do a thing. You probably are going to have to record your own lawsuit and have it heard. I would be tempt not to hire an attorney for that to hold down court costs. Otherwise, you just have to grin and naked it. Attorneys are basically leeches.
