I am 26 yrs old and my hubby is 40 have be married 5.5 yrs he took care of anything financial.I have two kids girl and boy who are twins from a prior relationship.I met my hubby when he be my bosses bosses boss and when we got married i stopped working.I signed a pre-nup the day previously we got married it was hand to me by his lawyer i thought it only ment i could not procure alimony thats what lawyer told me. Which i just found out is not true it prevents greatly more than that.I had my hubbys lawyer administer a copy of the pre-nup sent to my lawyer .I have an appointment monday morning but my legal representative e-mailed my a warning that he thinks it is not a promising satchel.
Answers:
Get a second opinion. Lawyers are snakes and will say anything will get them money and/or make their lives easier. (Things approaching, sign it, it only means you don't bring alimony.) The best way to find an attorney is to get a opinion from someone who has went through a similar situation.
oh my god --you should have never signed anything with out a advocate looking at it---your hubby tricked you if you got the paper work right until that time the wedding---he knew you were not going to rescheduling the wedding for a lawyer to look at your treatise work--lawyers give free consultation--call at least 3
Unless your attorney is a friend of your husbands, I think he has a pretty well brought-up idea of what he's talking roughly. If it will make you feel better, near is nothing wrong with getting another attorney's belief.
You signed it. he only has to bequeath you what was agreed to in the pre nup. Next time READ what you're signing.
Why draw from divorced? Work out the relationship... (any problem can be solved)
you could get a second opinion...but you signed the prenup so i don't see how this could be undo
It might not be promising, but nearby are attorneys out there that still get things done. try the kevin federline and enunciate you were coerced into signing it and felt undue pressure to sign within order to follow through with the wedding ceremony, especially if it was a BIG wedding and adjectives of you friends and family were within town.
