How do i draw from a divorce lacking a advocate?

I live in PA and I want to get a no contest divorce. I see ad for websites where you can download forms for free or a low cost, but I don't trust that thet are legit. How can I get the forms I stipulation to fill out myself? I don't have any money to settle up for a lawyer.
Answers:
Go to the court house and ask them going on for this. Where we live you can get papers fill them out and income the court house and its quick and cheap.
Now if you have children they wont permit you do this. Go to legal aid there it is free or low cost.
Just go down to local court house and take your paper work, you have to buy it I'm not sure how much it cost. You own to fill out the paper work, later you have to pay to wallet it. It cost like $400 in California to directory. I'm not sure how much the paper work cost. You could also hire a paralegal, they'll do the paper work for you to breed sure it's done right.
You do not always stipulation a lawyer to divorce, its a common misconception. I hold heard about these sites, and while I cannot convey you if they're legit or not, I can say I've heard that some provide dated or incorrect divorce papers. Each state has different papers, and I assume they change normally....if the site gives you out of date or incorrect papers not with the sole purpose will you be out that money but the judge would deny your divorce.
I used a document prep site, they did the divorce docs for me. Source(s): http://document-do-it-yourself-service.c…
You can also look into your state/county and whether or not within is a pro bono (no fee) attorney and if you qualify for that.
You can fill the forms out yourself but it can be complicated. Try the pro bono route and see if you qualify for free legal services.
Visit the county clerks office and ask. They will have the information you obligation and it is free.
it's so straightforward, cheap and QUICK.
look for a FREE divorce counceling or assistance service near you and they will help you steep out the forms, file the papers, go to court, etc.
It worked terrifically for us! Source(s): Public assistance
Yes, you can get the forms from the County courthouse. It is easy to apply, though in that will be an application fee. As long as you both agree and there is not going to be a fray for the assets acquired during the marriage you don't obligation an attorney.

Here is a good web site that explains the procedure surrounded by Pennsylvania:

I would go to your local courthouse. It doesn't cost to ask or check the courthouse website and see if they have something nearby you can use.
Go to the courthouse. Get a form called the Summary of Dissolution. Most courthouse have forms and will assist you for free. Make sure this is what you want, if your husband have money, he will be the one paying anyway.
lawyers can work pro bono and settle up after the divorce is final.
