Anyone know a REALY righteous divorce attorney? I have need of one ASAP!?
My father is trying to kick my mother out of the house... He has punched holes within the walls, written nasty letter, kicked me out (24yr daughter) and have scared my 17yr old sister out of the house (and is staying at a friends house for the time being). My mother be told not to leave the house, and yet not a soul feels safe. Neither my mom, sister or myself will stay contained by the house without someone else being near.
PLEASE help... He has claimed he does not want the house and WE DO... How can I give a hand my mom?

Why don't you call the police and share them that your father is being borderline abusive? Your sister is a minor, as a result your father cannot just kick her out of the house. That's bleak parenting and is grounds for a few nights in put inside. Then maybe he can try and punch holes into the walls in top-security prison.
