I enjoy a problem beside my divorce attorney!?
My whole situation is a long story but I need assistance! I'm gojng through a divorce and it is completley Uncontested Divorce! My attorney keeps scheduling hearings that are surplus! I keep telling my Lawyer that here isn't a hearing needed and he just doesn't infer! When I try to tell him he messes something else up. I don't know what to do! I can't make it to anymore hearing and my husband and I agree on everything!
My Lawyer filed for all of these hearing without telling me! I ruminate the judge is upset that he filed for a audible range that the judge said in the third audible range that he didn't want anymore hearings! I couldn't tell him that my advocate did that because the judge would not let me collaborate! I CAN'T make it to any more hearings (I own a life I have work and my daughter I can't!) My legal representative sent me a letter today saying that I could profile something that said we agree on everything and the judge would just sign it, but I'm afraid to do that because my attorney my mess something up! What should I do Should I file it with an apoligy memo saying what happend with my attorney and the judge would just sign it past its sell-by date. Because I can't go to anymore hearings!! What do I do to obtain out of this!!
Please! Also know that My husband and I agreed on a figue, we have had the principal hearings needed and everything is finished he just have to sign it off! My Lawyer is weird and dangeroud REALLY!! Help!

Contact your State Bar and if you have communication transcript between your lawyer and you, provide it to them. The Bar will investigate the matter and perchance get you all your money hindmost. Why would you take a lawyer for a completely uncontested divorce? It would've been much cheaper and faster have you just filed and done it yourselves. It be a waste of money, really. And now he is milking it for every hour he can procure.
So yes, he DOES understand, he's just trying to variety as much money off of you as possible. The judge traditional it and put a stop to it. He's not as stupid as you might think.

Tell him that you are completely dissatisfied next to his lack of knowledge.
