Can I File a missing spouse divorce short a legal representative surrounded by WI?

I don't know where my wife is and i want to file a missing spouse divorce contained by WI. can i do it without a lawyer? and if so how do i step about it? sorry this is all untried to me. Please make sure you know about WISCONSIN statute and not say how another state does it because they are all different.
