Does anyone know of a divorce legal representative contained by melbourne that would do a settlement but be rewarded after the settlement?
or any other solution to this problem.. i cant afford to hire someone to get the settlement done in lay down to have the money- it seems approaching a vicous circle please help!

I don't like your chances. ANytime I own had to have a family circle lawyer here in Canberra, I usually hold to make a $1000 payment into their trust, and next they invoice me each month.
Is your setlement contested or uncontested? Have the 2 of you agreed to anything? I would suggest using the mediation service. These days in Australia, mediation is a requirement previously clogging up the courts, and it is free, so you may find this the best option. Why not find some mediation services and you both attend, and you may come to agreement and be able to basically file non-contested financial settlements, in which overnight case, you would not need a lawyer and solitary have to pay the much smaller file fee.
