I am getting a divorce from my husband, We agreed to it..so far he does ...does the advocate set up the spousal?
set up the spousal support for us? He always made more than me,because I raised his kids,and it seem like almost myself. Now he wants to rob the house away from me claiming I cheated on him 22 years ago! I am not in very correct health, I need two operation,yet my credit is going to go bad hardship due to him not helping me pay, and me not one healthy enough to find a living without doing retail work which would kill me immediately, I loaned my son the money and he is going bankrupt and cannot work only stale the books what is the best thing to do surrounded by this situation? HELP!

Make sure you ask for spousal support, I believe it is on the paperwork, do not agree to no spousal support, if you have an lawyer you inevitability to ask your lawyer to request spousal support, if you do not make sure the papers do not carry filed until that is settled, otherwise he can screw you out of it...I made the mistake of not asking for any and I regret it...I am still have trouble getting child support from the bas***d. The court will determine whether spousal support os reasonable. I suggest that you don't bank on it, because spousal support isn't always granted. The reality that you need two operations isn't the court's problem as long as you are competent to work the court will expect you to, you may be awarded 6 months worth of payments, long enough to get you wager on on your feet. I kind of doubt doing retail will "kill" you. You nouns like you are full of excuses as to why you can't work. Obviously you CHOSE to loan your son money that was YOUR knock. Whoever gets the house will be determined by the court as well. Since you don't own any small children what will more than likely happen is that you will both be orded to put up for sale it and split the proceeds. If he brings up the charge of adultery 22 years ago the judge will probably laugh at him.
