Are in that any lawyer contained by florida that don't charge an arm and a padding for a divorce ? No public aid !?
I have friend in Florida that is to say trying to get a divorce. All lawyers want 2500.00 up front. most singal woman don't hold that kind of money. Public aid puts you on a list and still charges you 800.00.This is hugely important , yes there are two kids invold. Please can anybody give a hand. Thankyou!!

yes, you, youcan be your own lawyer and record your own devorce proceedings , if there are children innvolved and you and your spouse can come to amicable agreement, on child support or what ever else , there is no requirement for a lawyer, if one or the other won;t agree then most attorneys will bear the case with the intentions of collecting from the husband , unless he abscond or impaired, Source(s): go to your allowed library in the county seat where on earth you live the librarian will help you find the forms and information you will need
You could try legal aid...there should be an organization located somewhere in each city...google it. You across the world can't "do it yourself" divorce when there are kids involved...so they are going to need a attorney. One thing that can be done to save money is for the client to instruct the attorney to tolerate him (the client) do whatever parts he can...make copies, adjectives of the legwork involved, etc...it can save time, which saves money, since near lawyers, time=money.
