Can i hype to do divorces if i'm not a advocate?

I've done about 3 divorces and interested in making a bit of money doing them. can i puff if i'm not a attorney 2 do uncontested divorces? as long as i tell them i'm not a attorney?
Answers:
how about marital counseling... why are you so interested within divorced!
In many states, you don't need to be an attorney to agreement with divorce. In fact, culture can handle all the paperwork themselves lacking ever talking to an attorney in the first place.

You can offer all the legal warning you want, provided you let your client know that you are not a lawyer and that your direction is solely YOUR OWN interpretation of the law and based solely on YOUR experience. To cover yourself, I would have any potential "client" sign a form that states the above, this way they can't come support down the road and say, "I thought she was a lawyer" (etc).

I don't know why adjectives these people are jumping on your baggage when it's obvious THEY are the ones that don't have a clue and shouldn't be answering this cross-examine in the first place.
So you been doing illegal feat since your not a legal lawyer.

Do what adjectives of us do and go to school and finish
Probably not. You should look into the rules in your state but, imagined you're engaged in the unauthorized practice of statute. In CA it's a misdemeanor.
Depends on the state you're in ! SOME states do not require a attorney, and have a standard form to fill out, and be notorized, consequently presented to a judge ! ( Uncontested, and no children involved ) !
If by "do" them, you mean giving legal proposal...no...you cannot...
No. That's considered practicing law in need a license. The state bar association will come down on you like a ton of bricks. Source(s): 20+ years practicing regulation
