Can I register a court lay down (divorce) from Zimbabwe within the UK myself or do I hold to procure a legal representative to do this?
I have two court orders from Zimbabwe on the subject of our divorce, the first from the High Court and the second from the Supreme Court. Part of the judgment gave me and the children say-so to leave Zimbabwe and relocate permanently put money on in England, it also stated that I should register the judgment next to the UK Court. My ex has not honoured the financial settlement and has in a minute started new proceedings in the UK. I am completely broke,we are staying near my parents, I'm trying to find work and simply do not have any money for legal fees. I'm waiting to see if I can carry Legal aid but in the meantime I need to obtain some maintenance off him. Any direction will be greatly appreciated. thank you

I'm sure there is legal relief in your city for this type of thing but ALWAYS GET A LAWYER!! I'd start calling the public officially recognized offices that are affiliated with the gov't or child welfare services.
You should be able to acquire a free 30 mins with a solicitor.
have a look on the web for someone who deals with this sort of item and contact them, explain the situation and see what they suggest.
Get the judgement registered immediately. Use a lawyer as your ex is threatening current proceedings. This should not be a very expensive process but will protect your interests. It will not look good on your ex if he is starting spanking new proceedings and not honouring a judgment already made against him which has be registered with the UK courts.
