basically i was married for 8 days
which is too long for an annulment within sc
therefore divorce was started and requires 1 year separation...

Don't know who the best is though you should enjoy meetings and interviews with as oodles as possible because if you do that then they can't represent her because it will be a conflict of intrests.
O.K. I'm going out on a limb and say-so fix the relationship! I mean after a short separation you did end hindmost up in her arms didn't you? Why? Divorce sucks! Try and work it out!
