I dont wanna gain a dui attorney thats why im on this item.?
i firgured instead of getting a dui lawyer, i could just jump on this answer thing and figure out my option. and from the looks of it, there are no options. contained by california, a dui will mess you up. i know i know "dont drink and drive, dont do the crime if ya cant do the time" blah blah blah. i know i messed up im not looking for anyone to blame or feel sorry for me. i just want to know, IN CALIFORNIA CAN I GET SOME SORT OF RESTRICTED LICENSE OR SOMETHING LIKE IT SO I CAN DRIVE MY WORK CAR BEFORE THIS TEMP LICENSE I GOT FROM JAIL EXPIRES?seriously bro, youre lucky you didnt exterminate someone. i know.

I would suggest starting community service as well as doing a DUI class. you may even want to start going to a few AA meetings. try to get hold of as much done before your court date All of this will show good confidence towards the judge as well as the prosecutor. There was this guy i know he drove for the public transportation bus system. he was driving drunk in his personal saloon went to jail for the darkness got out in time to be at work on the dot and such, he worked for the week and by the end of the week the boss called him out and since he lost his License for his own saloon he also lost his CDL, suspended then fired in one week.
Yes you did a BIg mistake im sorry, you may go and get off easy beside large fines and one yrs suspended driving. i would get a fitting lawyer not the one they throw at you provide by the courts but a real correct one that will help you. being your First time offense. five thousand dollars within fines is a good negotiation better then send down time, and Way better then losing your license to drive your personal car or company motor. Maybe you can even set aside 2 months or sometime in your schedule because sometimes they will tolerate you do time in jail to engender up for it im giving you options you can prepare for when having the rite advocate. im sure on of those will come up IF this is your First offense.
