Answers:
what state? yes, i reflect on most if not all states require mandatory suspension. you might be capable of get an occupational license which have a bunch of restrictions but will accommodate your work and school
here the suspension is 6 months but if its your first DUI, you can apply for an occupational right away
Yes. But most of the time you can get it approved for you to drive to work and to school. This is outstandingly common. I would talk to a legal representative. Being that you are young, sorry, and have greatly to lose, a good lawyer can work wonders beside a judge and the prosecution.
First Off WHAT WERE YOU THINKING ?
Yes read out goodbye to your License for up to a year .
yes, i believe you license will be suspended for a certain amount of time.
Good chance your license will be suspended for sometime.
It is also possible you will be allowed to drive but only during undisputed hours and only to and from work and school.
Another possiblity is you will be allowed to drive single if you install a lock on the engine that has a breatherlizer.
Varies by state and by judge.
Nervous is ok. Who wouldn't be. Be prepared for classes(you wage for). A fine, and possible community service. Lesson learned I'm sure. Good luck and be safe.
It should not be too bad. You will have your license suspended for six months but you can bring back a work and school permit. That allows for driving for anything that is to say essential for the care of the household. Just stay away from the bars. You may hold to go to ACT classes or something similar and maybe a hours of daylight or two in jail. There will also be a fine and a reinstatement charge to get your drivers license back. Your insurance rates will increase to for the subsequent 3 to 5 years. In my state the fine for a 1st offense DUI is $650. ACT classes are $200. Reinstatement fee is $200. Insurance rates will really add up. Also after your ACT classes you may enjoy to go through out patient or even surrounded by patient rehab. You have to compensate for that to. DUIs can be very expensive but things could have be far worse if you had an accident and someone be hurt or killed. Then how would you feel?

It's different according to each state. You can always cart a cab, public transportation, call a friend or line member, call a tow service and see what that would cost or use the older fashioned method - walk home. Last winter, I walked over three miles contained by a blizzard to get home because I didn't want to get busted...an expensive hackney carriage fare is nothing compared to losing your license, fines and possibly jail time...not to mention you may snuff someone...
