Contempt of court while on probation for dwi surrounded by Texas?

My husband and I are going through a messy divorce. Our first hearing is Tuesday. He has already have two violations, one for cutting bad my Amex TWICE, my ONLY source of paying for anything for our 4 year old daughter, and then again for shifting the locks on our home while he and his girlfriend stay there. He's on probabation for a dwi with our daughter contained by the car last year. My attorney is going to ask that he catch jail time for contempt of court two times. The fact that he is on probation already own any affect on this?

It looks resembling there are two different cases: the (civil law) divorce and the (criminal law) dwi-probation. Depending on Texas state legislation (which I don't know) and applicable case imperative (Texas Court of Appeals?) it may be contempt of court, but to me it doesn't seem likely. The focus should be on the other appointments related to your divorce and child custody issues that are part of the civil law proceedings or issues within a third criminal law suit for harrassment, trespassing, or whatever it could be within Texas regarding the details of what happened (cutting sour Amex, changing locks). If your husband refuses to follow the civil judge's information within the divorce proceedings, contempt of court is much more likely to become permissible grounds for law enforcement action than anything relatein seventh heavenhe dwi-prob. As I said, there seem to be two different cases here, and unless Texas statutory tenet and Texas case law doesn't explicitly distribute grounds for contempt of court I'd say the probation is not the primary issue, at least from the perspective of the standard idea of law.

I hope you found some hints here that can be adjectives. Greetings.
depends on the state you are within and where it happened.

My first concern is your daughter's safety second be be your financial security. To be vindictive I would want to see his down in jail and I would report his hot violations to his probation officer, but on the other hand if your feed and caring for your daughter , listen to your lawyer and don't be Hot Headed, You are probable barmy at your self for marring him in the first place. I hope for your sake he is an excellent Lawyer and not all in the order of money for himself. The longer this drags out the more it will cost your X and you for the time spent with this case.
