Two former underage possession and a DWI?
My sister had two prior possession of alcohol charges and just not long got taken in for DWI. They did not arrest her or book or fingerprint her or any of that stuff. They sit in the cop car waiting for my other sister to come attain her. All she got was a summons for court. And since they didnt know what to charge her next to they charged her with a "Class U misdemeanor" does any one know what that means. SHE IS AN IDIOT YES WE KNOW THAT SO DONT LEAVE A RUDE COMMENT. Just trying to find out what the charge is and what they will do (we are within the state of Virginia)

i don't know tell her we should knees-up sometime
I guess she likes to party. She single?
VA is a tough state. underage and bud won't bring back you into to much trouble.
Is a DWI 'driving while under the influence of alcohol'? If so, and the cops didn't breathalyse her at the scene, then she is exceedingly lucky. No more charges should be expected. I don't know what a Class U misdemeanor is.
That's typical classification of DWI
Sounds like they did some paperwork wording mumbo jumbo to avoid directly charging her with DWI and her have to go to jail. She can expect the foot full price in the court room though.
its a citation charge to come to court. once she goes into court she will be formally charged based on this and her other offenses. more than probable she will have to go to prison for something like 18 months.
