My first DUI/DWI what can i do?
I was driving in Marathon County WI, doing 60 MPH when the police officer first notice I was getting close to the solid white line. He next noticed me picking up speed up to 68 MPH and decided to verbs me over. He smelled alcohol in the car and fixed to give me the field sobriety assessment. after a few tests, he gave me a breathalyzer and I blew a .11 The officer next arrested me and transported me to the Marathon county jail where I have to wait until a friend could pick me up. He handed me my citations and they are as follows. Operating while intoxicated 6 points bad license and $817.50. Operating with PAC .10 or more (1st) 6 points, $817.50. Speeding in a 55 MPH zone (11 - 15 MPH) 4 points $175.30. That is a dignified total of $1810.30 and 16 points! Is there any way we can fall some of this? I would be willing to due community service or anything else to reduce the cost of this. Sorry, and thank you for your time.

get a legal representative who handles DWI cases even if you have to spend your reserves it will help and start going to Alcoholics Anonymous meetings. Take a piece of serious newspaper and at the time list date, place of mtg and chairperson. Each time you go to a mtg bear that and get it signed. This will only give a hand. I'm in AA nd always people's lawyer send them there. Don't only go to 1 meeting a week be in motion to 3 or 4. you can go to www.aa.org (I think org.) and locate meeting inn you area or google alcoholics anonymous meetings contained by your city.
