What is the statute of limitations on a DWI contained by the state of Arkansas?

It has been almost a year and a partly and every time the court date comes up it gets post poned again. I want to know if there is any style to take it off my driving dictation if the limitation has run out? If you have need of more details email me at bigbootie03_2003(a)yahoo.com

What court? The statute of limitations doesn't apply once you have been charged. They hold a year to try you, as long as the delay is not on your part. If you are surrounded by Pulaski County, particularly Sherwood the docket is always full. If your attorney asked for a continuance it probably threw it well into the next year, but this removes the one year requirement. You can save renewing your hardship as long as it is continued. Driver control is going to give you a strong time regardless when it is all over and done with. I do a ton of DWI's they other seem to take forever. District Court is other busy.
It's like seven years or something. They won't let time run out. They are a moment ago putting you off for a minute but even if it did go on for a long time they would shut in it before it was up. They are probably only very busy and will take attention of you when they have the time. The courts like to brand people suffer and wonder what's going on and just when you believe everything is done and over they take care of you and you are screwed.
