What happen if I am a PA resident beside a PA drivers license, but get a DWI within MD?

I would suggest that you pay fine and in most cases if fine be paid on time other states will report to your home state and that bearing you will not get any points on your record and your insurance premiums will not progress up. Or try to make a deal (plea bargain) near cop who gave you a ticket. Tell him that you will plead guilty and will pay fine if points will not be assigned to your driving register. On the other hand if you will not pay fine and will not appear contained by court, they will issue a bench warrant for your arrest, will report you to your home state and PA will suspend your license until fines are paid.
