Should I get hold of a attorney for my DWI?
I was recently arrested for 4th level DWI. This is a first offense for me. I was pulled over for not having front plates on my saloon and was given a sobriety test which I messed up. I blew a .11 and the legal limit is .08 contained by my state. I signed all of the papers that were given to me at the police station so this seem like a pretty open and shut baggage. would it benefit me to get a lawyer? I would can`t stand to spend all that money just to find out that nearby is nothing that he can do for me.

i get a dui to and i have court on thursday there giving me a public champion . but you schould get one.
I would definitely capture a lawyer! A conviction for a DWI means plentiful points on your license, not to mention each conviction gets you closer to making the subsequent one an automatic felony (in my state, the 4th DWI is automatically a felony). Also, DWI convictions in my state stay on your driving record for 10 years (higher insurance, etc.!!) He could catch the charge reduced and points, by getting you classes, etc. Yes, it's extra money, but if you can deal with it, it's probably worth it.
Depending on what you signed at the police station it may be a closed case already. Did you sign a confession? I would say aloud only talk to a legal representative to see if he can get some kind of concordat that is lower than what you were charged beside. Other than that I think you are pretty much done.
In PA you could be looking at 48hours to 6 months in jail. You could lbe looking at a fine range from $ 500 to $ 5000,.
Yea, I'd get a lawyer.
