Some court warning something like a DWI baggage....support please!?

Hello, I was arrested for supposed DWI and refused a chemical exam, to the lawyers out there.would you most probable take this case to trial or plee quibble? please help me

If you did not do the Blood alcohol or the Breathalyzer then you enjoy a good chance of hitting the charge, however if the police have video of you performing field sobriety test then a plea bargain would probably be the best road to go.~
