If you lived in this state you would simply get your license back beside a breahalyzer interlock that prevents you from starting the car if you have be drinking. If they don't have them in your state they should.
Personally I agree near other comments. You lost this privilege a long time ago, and you should not be given another chance.

You need to attain an asessment, go to AA, get post from people that will state you no longer drink etc. spend a mad amount of money for your license close to 900 dollars if not more. If you are in the Twin cities nouns you need to go over to St. Paul to the bureau of Licensing and they will transmit you everything you need to get it rear legs. You may not even be able to get it wager on....you may have to wait a extremely long time for them to even consider giving it back to you.
