Is a dui/dwi conviction transferable out of state? My move is Texas to Florida?
The conviction is a second offense after 10 years in Texas. I know that it's considered a second offense if under 5 years surrounded by Florida.

When you apply for the Florida license they will ask if you are suspended or revoked in any other state. If you are valid now surrounded by Texas you will be ok..
