If you are arrested for dwi and can not recall anything that happen what if you plead not guilty?

Answers:
Just tell the judge that you be so drunk you don't remember a thing. That always works. I'd be surprised if the believe to be even fined you.
chances are if you be arrested for a DWI and you don't remember anything..then you were probably WAY TRASHED. Pleading guily, acknowledge that you did something wrong, that you aware you made a mistake and don't plan to make that mistake is a WAY BETTER WAY TO GO.

You plead not guilty...its as if you dont really think what you did be wrong and the judge won't really like that too much.

Of course, I'm not a legal representative.
Go ahead and try it...I'm sure the consider will be open to the "I was so drunk I can't remember anything so I couldn't own been driving drunk" defense.
you can have a trial....though I don't think recounting the judge: I was so loaded, I don't remember, as a consequence it must not have happened...
will work. Talk to an attorney. There are Lawyers that traffic with DWI/DUIs a lot. they can offer you advice.
You can't remember the arrest or what happen before the arrest?? Must have be a heck of a night! If you plead not guilty, it will go to court for trial. If you should lose, it is going to cost you much more (lawyer, court fees, etc.) If you plead "no contest" you will probably hold the fine reduced somewhat and will attend counseling.... If you go before the intercede and plead not guilty because you can't remember the arrest..ummm, your screwed!
The trial would verbs, and proof would be offered that you were in certainty intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle, and you'd likely be found guilty and hammered.
To trial, to trial, to trial you will go.

Can't remember because you be too drunk?

To jail, to jail, to sentence to prison you will go.

Talk to a lawyer and plead this point out.
if you don't remember you must've been really Drunk
You were so drunk you cannot remember anything? You deserve the maximum sentence. Better however, take yourself out of society before you hold out an innocent person.
Plead guilty, go to jail and catch off my streets fro a while, please.
Skip all of this non-sense and hire an attorney familiar near DWI/DUI. Just be sure to give your lawyer adjectives the facts. Hope you learned your lesson. It could have be a lot worse.
Then you have to be in motion through the rigamarole of getting a lawyer or public defender and listen to the police reading past its sell-by date your blood alcohol content as relayed by their testing equipment and be charged additional fees for your legal representative and the court fees on top of your fines for your drunk driving.
if you plead not guilty, then you can have a trial

if you are found guilty within a trial, you will be punished a lot harsher than just man up to the crime. the judge will think you are a great deal more arrogant
[if you are arrested for dwi and can not remember anything that happened ]

...consequently you are probably guilty.
Then you go to court and the nice officer will give an account the court what happened. Better approach is to hire a lawyer and hope you can procure you a decent deal.
