well, i would guess you won't get time, but a heafty fine. i'm glad you get rid of your car. if it happened again i would guess top-security prison time would be manditory. responsibility. age has not bearing most of the time when it comes to breaking the decree. i would not try to use your age as an issue when fighting it. i would use your reponsibility and what actions you enjoy taken to show it won't happen again.
It should be pretty standard as to what you will get.
However, you may be capable of go down to a "reckless driving" if you did not injure anyone or lay waste to any properly.
But don't be stupid again.

You should go to jail. You're a menace to society.
You SHOULD do some time. Just because you admit you did something stupid, and get rid of your car, doesn't erase the fact that you broke the imperative.
How many times do you get burned until that time you learn that fire is hot?
If you have a good advocate you may get a suspended sentence. Get a doctor to testify at your trial if possible. When sentenced make clear to the judge that with your ongoing medical problems you will be a burden to lock away and the jail health attention system. Request to be placed on home confinement with electronic monitoring. You know you screwed up, two times, but you have taken steps to ensure it will never begin again. Have your attorneys talk to the DA and see if you can plea down to a lesser charge. Make sure you hold plenty of medical documentation showing that if you were jailed, you'd have huge condition care costs leavied on the taxpayers. You are not a violent entity, so I would assume the DA would aggree to some kind of home confinement. Jails are already over filled and understaffed, and a being like you will just increase the sweet burden already imposed on jailers.
Good Luck.
