Depends how you get injured, if it was actually your failing, just drop it.
It will cost a fortune unless you go for one of those 'no win no fee' ones which my hubby did 2 years ago and we are still trying to get a settlement, he did wrapping up up in hospital. It would depend what size of company you work for, if its a small business could your boss afford it and would you loose your job?
I really hate this together 'I injured myself so I'm going to sue' attitude. I'd rather people a short time ago accepted they injured themselves & get on next to it.
