Woman claiming injury after motor luck when she said she be fine??

i got into an accident 2 weeks ago on the freeway. I rear-ended a motor because my view was obstructed by a truck when he swerved to avoid someone and i be the one that ended up hitting them.

anyway we got out of the motor, she was very nice just about it, and we exchanged insurance information. That night, everyone including paramedics and the cops, asked her if she was okay and she repeatedly said she be okay.

today one of my insurance adjuster calls me to tell me that she's file for injury and would not tell me where her injury be located. this was nearly 2 WEEKS ago.

Does anyone else buy this bs? and what happens once they believe her injuries? does she capture money in this or what happens? Thanks adjectives.

Get a copy of the police report asap. Make sure you have pictures (copies) and if you can ask the police officer to be your witness. My niece is going through the same entry right now. Good Luck.
She may have seem fine at the time but in actuality was not. Injuries can transport time to surface. I would not be so quick to call it a phony concord. You are not a doctor and cannot make the call on her condition. Just tolerate your insurance handle it. That is what you pay them for.
That woman might have said that she was fine, but a couple a days latter she started hurting. She has every right to file a bodily injury claim. You shouldn't follow to close. Hey you be the one at fault. You need to pinch responsibility of what happened. Source(s): Licensed Insurance Agent
You were the party at error for rear-ending her. You were following too close, and if the cops didn't give you a ticket count your blessings.

If she files a valid injury claim, afterwards your liability coverage will have to pay. And your insurance rates may turn up. Best hope she doesn't sue you above & beyond your maximum liability coverage amount on your auto insurance policy. If she does, you'll need a lawyer and that's going to attain expensive!
I would deffinately keep close to the claim she is filing, sounds phony to me, if she be injured she would have requested medical attention then, who's to vote she didn't have an existing injury and just wishes to put you through hell, and ultimately get paid on a bogus claim. It happen all the time and that is why we as consumers pay envelope high premiums You are entitled to know what injuries if any she sustained. Do not let her win away with this as it's in your best interest.to stay resting on this claim Good luck to you
It happens adjectives the time. They will settle out of court with them. It is because scumbags like this that everyones insurance is so big.
relay your lawyer that she is bsin.
are u a doctor? did u examin her? i was in a wreck and days subsequently i was bleeding inside...felt fine for 2 days...so ....yes i buy the BS
Not adjectives injuries manifest themselves immediately. She either:

a. Found a personal injury attorney
b. have a soft-tissue injury that showed up sometime after the accident.

They don't have to narrate you the details of her injuries, due to HIPAA regulations.
