I flipside finished a guy months ago, very soon he's claiming injuries, what should I do?
I was probably going no more than 10 miles an hour. There was minimal interrupt to his bumper, so we just exchanged insurance information and I reported it to my insurance co. Now he's claiming his wife has a torn rotator cuff. What should I do? Do I requirement a lawyer?

Do not communicate directly with the entity you hit... let your insurance company deal near it--that is what you pay them for. They will provide your legal representation if it comes to that. I was rear-ended once, and went to the police department to profile a report. In the process the officer checked my rear tail lights (and noted that they were working).
I go home and called my agent.
I forgot about it till I be contacted my the Biker that ran into be. He ranted just about bent forks on the bike, and that it was my fault because my brake lights be not working.
So I told only that I have filed a report with the police and my agent. The individual other thing I told him was to see my agent.
