I be contained by a 3 motor crash on rime. Lady within front is claiming injuries but her vehicle be intact and a short time ago slid forward?
About 2 weeks ago I was in a three motor pile up on a road that was covered in rime. The car behind suffered fairly substantial damage to the front and bounced/slid backwards about 2.5m and at an angle. My sports car suffered moderate damage to the front and minor damage to the hindmost. The car in front of me suffered drastically little damage to the back and slid forwards going on for 5m.
The woman in the car surrounded by front is claiming soft tissue injuries to her right arm, back and shoulders. It is my understanding that given that the coup¨¦ was on ice almost adjectives of the energy would have gone surrounded by to pushing the car forwards and very little transferred to the driver. Is this the luggage? Or is it possible that the sudden jolt of being pushed forwards cause the damage?
If anyone has them after I would like references to how this nouns of physics applies to car crashes/the law etc.

After reading the request for information, it sounds like you don't want to be responsible for "tapping" her rear close. As you may know, you ARE liable if you are the "tapper"

Are you trying to scientifically disprove her claim?
It's the initial jolt and resulting force on the driver/passenger. The car jump ahead and some force has to accelerate her. The certainty that her car was on rime doesn't reduce the force she experienced. If anything it could increase it slightly. The quicker the car jump ahead the more force. Consider how her car would respond if bolted to the pavement (opposite of being on ice). There would be minor (flex-only) motion of the saloon, very little relative motion between her and the car.
