Is near a 'statue of limitations' towards legalling file an injury regulation suit or claim against someone?
My grandson was injured 4 yrs. (at age 12) by another kid while iceskating on a rink made by the city and supposedly kids were to be supervised in attendance by a paid city employee. The personage who was supposed to be supervising the kids was stale to one side of the rink talking to girls instead of doing what he was compensated to do. Another kid pushed my grandson down on the ice and then jump down on his leg, breaking a bone. The kid was charged in court beside intent to do bodily harm, put on a years probation and ordered to do 200 hrs. of community service plus paying a total of $500.00 towards the doctor bill. I also contacted different lawyers on several occasion during the last 2-3 yrs. about file an injury claim against the city but I have been told that a personality couldn't sue a municipality or a city in itself in this crust. Would appreciate any advise. Thanx.

The only way you would sue is if the employee's negligence cause the accident. The fact that the member of staff failed to prevent it isn't adequate. You would own to show that the employee did something that specifically caused the quirk to take place.

You have spoken to several lawyer and all have told you that you can't sue the city. Why do you not believe them?
