Injury claim press?

I was involved in a motorcycle wreck. The other driver be cited for Failure to Yield Right of Way. I have settled the damage part of a set but I'm working on the medical part. I wasn't injured badly and because I own a desk job was competent to return to work after 4 days including in the the 4 days is a weekend. However I was not competent to return to my normal outside of work activities at darkness or weekends for 3 weeks. Question 1, can I claim compensation for this lost opportunity and if yes how do I calculate the value of my time?
