Can I record a workers comp claim for d¨¦colletage injury if I've solitary be working for the company for 3 months?
Injury may have occured at previous employment but has progressed since. I work as an Admin . Assistant computer work adjectives day.

not likely. if it be reported at your other place of employment than definitly not. You could try to blame it on the current job,but where you are modern it doesn't look so good on you. But if you really did hurt it there it doesn't event how new you are, they are required to compensate you if the issue is injury at work. I myself work within the workers' comp arena and it is my understanding of the law that unless the injury is sudden and an sudden accident, there is usually a 6 month employment time put a ceiling on clause required for a claim to be valid and accepted as legitimate.
