Should i help yourself to 60 days contained by detention centre, or payment my attorney 3,000 dollars?
a couple of months ago i failed to submit to a urine test. my attorney said i can lift the 60 days or have a hearing. he said he can bring me off if i pay him 3,00 dollars. i already compensated him 1,000 to get me out of jail when i have a vop warrant.

The story is not complete ... I have questions as to why you have to submit a urine test in the first place. If you do not own a record already I would pay the money. If you do enjoy a record already what is 60 days to you. You already know what you are in store for. Stop mortal foolish in life and you won't enjoy to give your money away to lawyers and the courts.

I estimate that you've got few more problems to worry give or take a few than a 60 day prison stint, like I don`t know a nasty little drug habit you freshly can't seem to kick? I hold no sympathy for a drug user and I sincerely hope you get everything you have coming to ya...prison time, loss of your opportunity (if you even have one), loss of friends (if you even have any) and loss of respect from your family circle. If your advocate told you he can get you off if you foot him $3,000 - find a different lawyer. No competent lawyer would net a promise like that. You could end up losing the money and contained by jail. Call your local state bar to find out if he have any complaints filed against him, and ask for a referral to criminal defense attorneys in your nouns.
Yeah if you don't have kids I'd take the 60 days. And if you enjoy kids and are married then I would still take it because your spouse can lug care of the kids and bring them to see you if they wish =)

I can't believe some people relay you to go to jail....hold you ever been to jail? Its not resembling TV at all.
Here is what jail is really close to and this is at a real jail (not a babysitting type jail).
1. People will try to befriend you so they can hurt you.
2. They will try to steal your money or shake you down for it.
3. You will be luck if you are not jump and bleeding.
4. Everyone will ask you what you did.
5. There are only two phones in incarcerate.the black phone and the spanish phone. If you are not either of those and you try to use the phone....You will be jumped.
