I just want to know I know most lawyers earn alot of money and are rich lol,but,i a short time ago want to know to acheive this does it like take a reallll lot of easier said than done work..i mean like work hours do they close to really ask 100 hours of work for a week from lawayers :( like whats the basic work time for lawyer who are earning a handsome salary.
And do you similar to have to enslave your self to draw from there.Please be honest lol and would love it if real lawyer could answer it lol or anyother people who have a uncomplicated knowedge on the subject.Thankssssssssss

Its always good to know what you are getting into, so great query! I'm a second year law student and this is what I've found from talking to miscellaneous lawyers, doing my own research, and interning with a firm.
First, the average take-home pay for a starting attorney is only $40,000 based on a recent publication for infantile attorneys. Its much higher at larger firms. Many attorneys never make more than this, especially if they work within public interest law (like public defenders, housing, welfare, environmental protection funds, district attorneys within some states, etc.) Others obviously make closely more.
Second, we prefer the term indentured servitude to enslavement due to the connotation. A beginning associate at the largest and best paying firms can work anywhere from 60 to 80 hours a week. Those kind of hours are not unheard elsewhere in the business. As an intern, I put within anywhere from 40 to 60 hours depending on the deadlines and my familiarity beside what I was doing.
Finding balance between personal go and work is difficult as there is tremendous pressure to perform and ceremonial takes time. So as long as you're willing to put within the time its great. I love it.
If you are planning on becoming a lawyer, a good path to see if it's for you is to work at a firm over the summer as a clerk. You'll be able to see what a lawyer really does (nothing resembling TV) and whether its a good fit for you and your personality.
Not a legitimate lawyer , but 4 years of college . Then take the LSAT, look it up. Then if your LSAT evaluation is high enough you may receive into a choice law school which is another three years.
