What characteristics of attorney do I involve if I be "tricked" into getting a sports car lease and not owned?

Back in 2004 my dad bought a brand new GMC Envoy I have specifically asked to buy a truck with payments. Well 4 years later near just 30,000 miles on that truck and 5 grand of additions they say-so he has to turn in the key because the lease was over. The thing is I looked through adjectives my papers and I found the lease one which I clearly do not remember seeing but its not signed by my dad....what can he do?

if the thesis for the lease was not signed by your father, then here was no lease. if the contract is signed, it is law wheather or not you be "tricked". i would talk to a personal claims lawyer resembling edger snyder and they can direct you from there. many lawyer will offer a free consultation and could give you better suggestion than me. just remember, when it comes to lawyers, you bring what you pay for so spare no exspence because GMC will have some great lawyer.
