One person lodged a false case against me surrounded by cilvil court in india. Later he died. Neither his wife nor his children are interested to continue the overnight case.But the lawyer wants to verbs the suite as revenge and for monetary benifit. He has submitted the vakalath form to the court with forged signatures of the children of the departed person. The suit is still continuing and whereabouts of the children is not known.What should i do very soon?
