Can my Lawyer renovate my payments, making it differ from our contract?
I have paid my legal representative both my contigincey fee's and made the appropriate monthly payments per our written agreements. Now that my last court date approaches, in two months, and i hold seven months of payments to make, he is demanding that I pay my harmonize in full this month! Is this legal/ethical and is there anything I can do?

trade name a complaint to the state bar. That is the cheapest way to combat it. Otherwise you can sue him for breach of contract. Surely he signed it as okay. Make sure nothing in the contract say he can to that.
