Is in attendance a mock taste of a custody agreement between two parents settled outside of court lacking lawyer?

Me and my husband (soon to be ex in 18 days-YES!!) are currently trying to make a custody agreement that will be as legit as going to court....we are dual military and I am loeaving to Oklahoma (by the Army) within a couple of weeks.Im trying to draw together a custody agreement between us that he will agree with and sign and whatever,.can someone show me where on earth something like this can be found on the internet....

yes. They are all over the network. I don't think any agreement is lawful until the court approves it. So primarily since you are married, he gets automatic joint custody or he can hold on to the kids pending a hearing.
