my lawyer is a fantastic woman. i had a crash on the M1 (big moterway within england if u dnt kno) whic was completly none fault. at the time i be 6 months pregnant and went into whats suspected to be early job. basically a lorry driver pulled out n the van i was contained by went spinning accross 3 lanes at rougly 70mph. the lorry didnt stop til 8 miles dwn the road sum1 get him 2 pull ova as his break lights were 8 miles aft him dwn the road. the moron was asleep. he claimed that we PURPOSLY crashed into him, not him swerving out 2 hit us. anyway, not only have this man now had his licence taken away for insecure driving, i've been given lb10, 000 compensation, my baby (due subsequent sat) will b given a medical, and already has been awarded lb2000, and the van driver (my cousin) be awarded lb20,000, AND a new van....just a shame he manage 2 smack it up agn last week!! lol.
